My path to becoming a spiritual psychology coach wasn’t a planned career move. It was a calling... one I couldn’t ignore.

​

Before I ever called myself a coach, I worked in the beauty industry. Behind the salon chair, people would open up to me, not just about their hair, but about their fears, heartbreaks, and longings. I started to realize that beauty was never really about the surface. What people were seeking was to feel seen. To feel whole.

​

But it wasn’t until I lost my mother that everything cracked open. Grief pulled me into depths I couldn’t bypass. It brought me face-to-face with pain, but also with truth. In that unraveling, I chose not to run;  I decided to meet myself. Slowly, I began to listen to my inner world, to question the beliefs I’d lived by, to sit with my stories and emotions instead of avoiding them.

That’s when everything started to change.

I came to believe that the most powerful act of self-love isn’t something we perform, it’s something we practice through deep, honest self-inquiry. It’s choosing to know yourself, not just who you’ve been told to be, but who you actually are beneath the conditioning.

​

I believe there’s an innate wisdom within every one of us. A truth that lives beneath the noise. And while we may forget it, it’s never lost. We just need the space, and sometimes the guidance... to remember.

That’s what I do now. I help people come home to themselves.
Not by giving answers, but by creating space for their truth to rise.
Because when you remember who you are, you begin to live from it.

And that’s where real transformation begins.
